tTA Induceable EYFP Reporter

This part consists of the bidirectional Promoter Pbi-1, that is induced by the Transcription Factor tetracycline-inducable Transactivator (tTA). The promoter is made of Tetracycline repeat elements (TRE) with a minimal CMV promoter on both sides.
