P4G13_Target_2

P4G13_Target_1 (<partsinfo>BBa_K4438702</partsinfo>) is a single-stranded DNA sequence having 84 nucleotides. Figure 1C) shows the secondary structure and minimum free energy. Its 3’ end has few bases complementary to P4G13_trigger_2_w/oPol (<partsinfo>BBa_K4438703</partsinfo>). In the middle complete ssDNA antisense T7 promoter sequence is present. The 5’ end has broccoli cDNA sequence.

Usage and Biology

This part along with P4G13_trigger_2_w/oPol (<partsinfo>BBa_K4438703</partsinfo>) and P4G13_aptamer (<partsinfo>BBa_K4438700</partsinfo>) can be used for sensing different concentrations of progesterone [1]. T--IISER-Tirupati India--Pg413 2.png
