VEGF

This part contains yeast codon-optimized human VEGF-A (vascular endothelial growth factor). VEGF-A is a 165-aminoacids long (45kDa) secreted dimeric protein. In mammals, VEGF-A acts as an angiogenic factor and stimulates the growth and migration of endothelial cells[1].
