Neae: N terminus of 𝛃-intimin for Surface Display in E. coli

Intimin is an adhesion protein of EHEC. The N-terminus of beta-intimin (Neae) has been used for surface display in E. coli, specifically for sdAbs/Nanobodies. Neae consists of a trans-membrane beta barrel and requires the BAM complex for activation.
