T7-RBS-LDH-T1-T7TE

LDH D is a D-Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) from the bacterium Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus. This enzyme catalyzes the reaction of pyruvate from the glycolysis into D-lactate. In our system, the expression of this protein allows the overproduction of lactate by e.coli.
