Applications of BBa_K4461006

Fig1. We cloned a larger fragment that included hchA promoter from E.coli K-12 MG1655 gDNA. It is about 240 bp.
Fig.2 After adding suffix and prefix to the promoter, the hchA promoter part will be 261bp.
