Applications of BBa_K4461004

Fig1. We cloned a larger fragment that included ansB promoter from E.coli K-12 MG1655 gDNA. It is about 270 bp.
Fig.2 After adding suffix and prefix to the promoter, the ansB promoter part will be 234bp.
