A major ampullate spidroin 1 (MaSp1) based protein consisting of four repetitive poly-alanine regions linked by glycine rich regions and fused to BBa_K3264002, all from the African nursery web spider Euprosthenops australis. This is based on construct 1 in Stark et al. 2007.
