GS linker with BamHI restriction site
A 13 amino acid long GS linker (Glycine-Serine linker) with a BamHI restriction site at its C-terminal.
Usage and Biology
The GS linker is a good solution for rigid linking of different protein domains. This stretch is rich in serine and glycine amino acids and thus provides high mobility to the protein regions conjugated to it. The BamHI slot makes it easy to clone the linker sequence. This makes it easy and convenient for anyone to use.
