Design Notes

The function of LuxI is verified in E. coli, which will then be used to build communications and regulations between A.caulinodans ORS571 and S.elongatus HL7942.

The sequence of LuxI is gained from the iGEM parts (BBa_C0161). The LuxI fragment was synthesized by the company. The plasmid was constructed by our team.
