YFP Producer Controlled by 3OC6HSL Receiver Device

This device is composed of a pLuxL promoter drivinga 3OC6HSL receiver device. The output PoPS is used to produce YFP The YFP should be lightly tagged. This is the exact receiver in the MIT SBC04 synchronization device. It is identical to the previously characterized I13263 but with a tagged output device
