Design Notes

After producing the precursors from Clostridium tyrobutyricum, we produced CALB enzyme in E.coli to improve the rate of esterification. To further enhance the reaction rate, we introduced ChBD to purify the CALB enzyme.

T7 is based on part BBa_K3633015. RBS2 is based on the part of BBa_K3940012. pelB is based on part BBa_J32015. CALB is based on part BBa_K2302006. Linker 2 is based on part BBa_K4408004. ChBD is based on part BBa_T2028. Cpa fdx terminator is based on part BBa_K3585002.
