Part Description

It is the RNA domain of CRISPR system which formed of two component crRNA that bind to the target sequence and tracrRNA that connect cas protein to the RNA which act as a handle

Usage

It is the RNA domain of the CRISPR system which formed of two component crRNA that bind to the target sequence and tracrRNA that connect cas protein to the RNA which act as a handle we use this part to guide Cas12g protein to the complimentary site on mRNA of PAH to inhibit it’s expression when phenylalanine level is normal or to prevent over expression of PAH.
