OtsB: Part 2 of 2 coding for trehalose producing enzymes

Codes for trehalose-phosphatase enzyme. This second of two enzymes required for the conversion of glucose to trehalose. Trehalose is used to resist dessication in cells, and protect against conformational change in proteins under such conditions.
