IL-6R-PD1

When the interleukin-6 (IL-6) concentration is high to an extent, IL-6 will bind to IL-6R (BBa_K4175002) and the intracellular domain of PD1 (BBa_K4175003) will be activated. Then through ... (enter later), the activity of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) will be downregulated so that the cytotoxicity effect of CAR-T cell will be inhibited.
