dusB-fis promoter

The dusB promoter is a member of the flavin mononucleotide (FMN)-dependent enzyme family that catalyzes the biosynthesis of D17 dihydrouridine in t-RNA, which is helpful in maintaining conformational flexibility of RNA and also important in ensuring the recognition of tRNA by specific aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases and the fidelity of translation.
