Fusarium Trigger Sequence

Part BBa_K3725060 is a fragment of the FRP1 gene of the Fusarium oxysporum species. This fragment is intended to be used in order to interact with the Fusarium Toehold w/ GFP Reporter (Part BBa_K3725020), as well as the Improved Fusarium Toehold w/ GFP Reporter (Part K3725022), to unravel the hairpin loops in the switches, and allow for expression of the GFP reporter proteins downstream. As a result, this part is used to test the functionality of the toehold part in sensing the FRP1 gene and being a working biosensor for the F. oxysporum pathogen.
