pET-28a(+)-pMMO_m1.The particulate methane monooxygenase mimic plasmid as described in Kim et al 2019 [1]. This high copy number plasmid harbors the pMMO active site mimic by scaffolding the substructures pMMO-B1 BBa_K3747005 and pMMO-B2 BBa_K3747007 on a human heavy-chain ferritin (huHF) BBa_K3747008 scaffold. This is under control of a lac operator and T7 promotor.
