pKF01

Introduction

iGEM Humboldt_Berlin 2021 standard backbone based on pSB1C3. It contains the standard pSB1C3 ori, BBa_K3861003 and BBa_K3861004. We used this backbone as part of the composite part / backbone BBa_K3861026.
