PilB + RBS, ACIAD362

PilB type IV-A pilus assembly ATPase. It is one of the transformation genes involved in creating the pilus structure that captures and brings in DNA molecules into A. baylyi. It forms proteins near the inner membrane. See figure below for diagram of the pilus structure in A. baylyi:
