fliK downstream homology region

This 50bp section of DNA is from the fliK gene that is going to be used as a homology arm for recombineering. As part of USYD 2021's project, we have developed a novel recombineering strategy (Babushka Blocks) to insert large amounts of linear DNA into the E. coli chromosome.

This is a region of the fliK gene, and gene clusters will be recombineered into it in E. coli.
