LacI Reverse
This gene encodes the repressor of the lactose operon.
Usage and Biology
This gene is universally used to control the plac or its derivatives as ptac promoters [1]. However, For our main project goal, we reversed the lacI gene according to the pRGPDuo2 plasmid.
