Design Notes

For easy protein purification, his tag with a TEV cut site is added in the 5' end of the coding sequence.

Csm6 is encoded by several bacteria that use Type III CRISPR-Cas systems. The sequences we use in our characterization are derived from Enterococcus italicus.
