Biology

Bacteriocin activity proteins have three distinct domains arranged from N to C terminus that include receptor,translocase,and nuclease (with immunity protein-binding) domains. The receptor binding domain are species specifific,and it can bind the corresponding receptor FpyA on the surface of P.aeruginosa.
