Coding sequence

In order to find an appropriate expression intensity to achieve balance between metabolic burden and yields of products, NAU-CHINA designed three composite parts including three promoters with different intensity(twins). This composite part contains the promoter with high intensity. (BBa_J23119). Our model group also modeling the expression of ssuE, and found that ssuE with middle and high promoters seriously affects the respiratory metabolism of bacteria. Then we ruled out promoter of high and middle intensity, which means, low intensity promoter is suitable for gene ssuE. With promoter and RBS, the composite part can be directly imported into plasmid backbone and express ssuE gene.
