Design Notes

We directly use the promoter and terminators carried by the plasmid to speed up our experiments. Users can change the promoter and terminators according to the plasmid they are using, as long as the promoter is inducible and has low leaky expression.

nodA is from Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis str. 168. The rbs sequence information is from BBa_K2963006 and the sequence itself is synthetic. The promoter and terminators are carried by the plasmid pXMJ19 already.
