pGAP

Usage and Biology

GAP promoter, an constitutive promoter,compared with inducible expression system, the fermentation cycle is shortened and the productivity is increased, so it is more suitable for large-scale production of exogenous proteins.

Construction

Considering the position of the GAP promoter we need. Their is GAP1, GAP2, GAP3 on the different site.
Primers we use to construct GAP1, GAP2, GAP3 expression cassette:
