Reporter for quorum sensing systems in yeast

We created this part　with reference to <bbapart>BBa_K1024002</bbapart>in order to signal when Pseudomonas aeruginosa exists. The part is composed of pTEF, Flag, VP16, NLS, LasR, ADH1 terminator, pLasR, Cyc100mini, mCherry and CYC1terminator. We improved <bbapart>BBa_K1024002</bbapart> by adding ADH1 terminator and CYC1terminator. The LuxR gene is constitutively expressed. On the other hands, activation of pLux occurs only when sufficient amount of AHL exist in the environment. When pLas was activated, mCherry is expressed and lets us know the existence of AHL.
