Qsc receptor
This is a Qsc receptor which is designed to use in S.Cerevisiae. QscR bind with AHL and form AHL-QscR complex. Two AHL-QscR complexes form a dimer and activate pQscR. Originally, pQscR exists in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and is used for quorum sensing. In Pseudomonas aeruginosa, AHL is expressing constitutively and the amount of AHL is related to the density of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. We create this part in order to detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa by using the part in yeast.
