Double Split-Tetrahymena Ribozyme 3'Guide

3' RNA for use with the catalytic core of a Tetrahymena thermophila trans-splicing ribozyme. Splicing results in the replacement of the 3' intron of the target sequence with a user-defined sequence. For more details see the design section of this part.
