BBa K3425061 is a Constitutive expression construct of Qβ replicase, and is constructed from the constitutive promoter, BBa_J23108, the RBS for Type IIS iGEM Standard Assembly, BBa_K3425033, β-subunit of Qβ replicase with cleavable degradation tag, BBa_K3425051, as well as the double terminator BBa_B0015.
From observations we had, it can be stated that this construct tends to mutate in high copy number plasmids.
