Design Notes

This part has a high melting temperature. Also, this part is commonly employed in E.coli and mammalian cell.

This part sequence comes from the design from professor Yi Yang's lab of East China University of Science and Technology. We bought the part 2X pepper RNA standard sample from FD Biotech company.
