Repleceable-2

This is the XTEN gene flanked with specific restriction sites that could be recognized by BsaI.

Usage and Biology

This part was designed by us to add replace modules in the PREDATOR Pro system conveniently. Two BsaI sites of were added to the 5' and 3’ end of XTEN Linker, through which, other coding sequences can be inserted using Golden-Gate Assembly.
