Enhanced ferritin expression system

Constitutively promote ferritin to accumulate Fe ion and make bacteria become positive change. The ferritin that we make has already been mutated and combine with iBox-PAK4. iBox- PAK4 can crystalization the protein and enhance the accumulation of Fe ion to increase the magnetic ability.
