This part was used as part of the Biofabricator subtilis Imperial iGEM 2008 project. Pveg-spoVG was used to produce an output of GFP or RFP, as well as produce the chloramphenicol acetyltransferase to give resistance to chloramphenicol and allow selection of B.subtilis containing device BBa_K143079 and BBa_K143082.
