PCB formation LuxR-OmpC dependent expression system

constitutively promote PCB , which requires ho1 and pcyA, ho1 change heme to biliverdin and pcyA change biliverdin to PCB, constitutively promote Cph8 receptor which is necessary to change the EnvZ and transfer phosphoryl to OmpR when it is exposed in a dark environment. So, the OmpR can bind to the OmpC promoter.
