A type of DNA oligonucleotide that can cleave towards its substrate only after binding to Cu2+.

BBa_K3696017 is used in F8-X testings as well as F8-X and Cas12a combination testings, the protocol is shown below:

F8-X protocol

The system is put into the enzyme marker and reacted for 60 minutes at 37℃.

F8-X Cu2+ concentration testing

From the detected fluorescence, we determine that: F8-X's detection limit for Cu2+ (10 nM).

F8-X has specificity for Cu2+.

F8-X specificity testing

F8-X is not suitable for Cas12a binding.

F8-X&Cas12a combined testing
