ToxN
Type III toxin-antitoxin system is one of the five types of toxin-antitoxin systems found in prokaryotes. The antitoxin RNA interact with the toxic protein to form staple complex and inhibits the function of toxic protein. The toxic protein may be an inhibitor of endonuclease and may participate in the anti-viral immunity. ToxN is the toxin that can be neutralized by antitoxin RNA ToxI.
