Design Notes

The Ste5ΔN (N-terminal truncated 214aa Ste5 protein coding sequence) and CTM (The coding sequence of the C-terminal transmembrane domain of Snc2 protein) were obtained by PCR amplification using Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY4741 genome as the template.
