Design Notes

There are two considerations that we have during the detailed design of this sequence. On the one hand, we acknowledged the differences between humans yeasts, doing codon optimization to this sequence in order to increase protein expression. On the other hand, we delete the stop codon in order to add tag or construct chimera easily.

Source

The original source is from Homo sapiens, but we did codon optimization.
