GsPilA expressed with EHEC similar generatore

The complete circuit including a GsPilA and its generator with EHEC genes which is the gene that we mutated. This part is in the part collection where we have 12 genes that code for the base generator of pilA.

Characterization

We expressed this complete circuit plasmid in BL21 and verified the function through Western Blot. We also uses the extracted pili to make batteries and measure the voltage and current.
