Design Notes

This part was a design of CHS dsRNA designing sequence. We selected this sequence for its specific target to locust CHS mRNA and low identity to other animals, plants and human.


Source

CHS cDNA was extracted from locust RNA and we employed RT-PCR technic to attain the CHS dsRNA sequence.
