The sequence is not compatible with any assembly standard. The appropriate IL-6 promoter that shows compatibility is BBa_K3338005.

Source

The plasmid with the sequence of the human IL-6 promoter was purchased from Addgene (Plasmid #79491) (Jäckel et al. 2016).
