Design Notes

The Waseda iGEM team 2020 designed a sequence of alanine racemase with 6xHis sequence. We got the alr sequence and 6xHis sequence from aska-clone(-).


Source

This is a new part including coding region encoded in part BBa_K1172901.

By using His-Tag, we can purify the alanine racemase.
