Phy(ycD)(Phytase)
It is the enzyme which could fix lead efficiently in a middle pH environment.
Because of the limitation of pH, we have to choose the phosphate-solubilizing enzyme which could work efficiently between the pH from pH6.0 to pH7.0. And we have found the Phy(ycD) whose optimum reaction pH is pH6.5. Thus, we added it into the anaerobic regulation circuit, following the Pnar.
Fig.2. Phy (ycD) activity changes with temperature(Wang Xi, et al., Applied and Environmental Biology. 2014)
According to the paper, we could see its optimum reaction temperature is 45℃, Km is 0.213mmol/L and Vmax is 5.55U/mg.
