Lysis gene was commercially synthesized from the company *****. ==Extraction of Lysis gene/PCR Oligo fragments DNA sequence Oligo fragments with the DNA sequence of 5'-GCAGAATTCGCGGCCGCTTCTAGAG-3' & 5'-ACTAGTAGCGGCCGCTGCAGGCT-3' were used to PCR lysis gene from the blue script cloning vector.
