Malachite Green fluorescent RNA aptamer

Malachite Green aptamer is a fluorescent RNA aptamer comprising a short ribonucleotide sequence that exhibits fluorescence upon binding to a specific fluorophore.

Characterization

The Malachite Green fluorescent RNA aptamer was described by Babendure, Adams and Tsien in 2003.
