The iSpinach RNA aptamer was flanked by the F30 tRNA scaffold [1] and [2].

iSPinach is an artificial RNA aptamer that was obtained using the <a href="https://doi.org/10.1016/j.bioeng.2007.06.001">SELEX</a> approach. It is based on the Spinach fluorescent RNA aptamer.
