Design Notes

The part was codon optimized for use in E. coli. The his tag was placed on the C-terminus of the GFP reporter.

The pectase sequence was taken from the Uniprot server. The sequence ID from NCBI is WP_123064018.1. The GFP sequence was taken from uniprot as well (P42212).
