Design Notes

We synthesized this DNA sample through TIANYI HUIYUAN Company. In order to have a better expression in Oryza sativa L., we have carried out codon optimization according to the codon preference of Oryza sativa L.. In order to meet the assembly requirements, we removed the illegal restriction site. In order to express HQT in Oryza sativa L. and conduct further tests, we also designed two composite originals, GluD-1::HQT (BBa_K3458004) and 35S::HQT (BBa_K3458003). Source

The HQT gene we used comes from the genome of Lonicera japonica (GeneBank: JF261014.1). We removed the restriction site incompatible with the biobrick assembly standard and optimized the codon according to the codon preference of Oryza sativa L..Then we synthesized it at TIANYI HUIYUAN Company.
